Individually Yours
They all landed on my window sill
With peel of laughter in dark silence .
I woke up to ask them why so
In my drowsy innocence.
They all looked at me
And looked to themselves.
I touched those shiny objects
And found them utter hillarious.
Asked them their names
And they told me ..........
We all Individually Yours.

Counting Stars
IN MID OF NIGHT
THROUGH MY WINDOW STARTED COUNTING
THE STARS THAT I COULD SEE.
THERE WERE SOME BRIGHT AND SOME WEE.
STRETCHED MY HANDS TO TOUCH THEM DEARLY
FOUND THEM WEEPING IN FORLORN SKY.
AFRAID OF THE END OF NIGHT ?
AFRAID OF END OF MY SIGHT ?
TOLD THEM AND SELF
LET'S BE FOR A MINUTE ALOOF.

They come and on their way they go
Time makes many myriad of flow.
The flow is made to wash away
The image of today melts on its way.
Waiting for ........
Standing on the same bay
But any day could be a fateful day!
For them ....
They don't need a fate while we need a luck.
As they live forever on us with a mock.
