All the times has its glory of designation for postfix to the names. Designation is an intoxication for may who scare or distaste to have names bare. The column published on 17th April '19 Nirvay newspaper talks of the direction in money flow from rural areas to urban areas particularly  the state capitals that has been the trend of today when rustic boys gone out of the village 30-40 years back have retired and are hesitant to go back to their respective villages for acquired life philosophy of convenience but softy to it for namesake because of the great moment of inertia that characteristically hidden within to be active like the God that is unseen but  believed to be present at the moments of needs so the leaders sing a song of lullaby of villages and villages while knowing well it's time of cities and towns so they have decided to make them smart that has directed even to Maa Lakhmi to follow it and so slowly turning to 'Maa Smart-Lakhmi Thakurani !
