It is a wonderful place to settle there after retirement. Your idea on opening a shop is also interesting and I suggest to add provision of tea there.
But I was told by someone ( now I don't remember his name) that although rainfalling is maximum there but as no infrastructure (neither natural nor man-made) is there to contain that rain water, the inhabitants struggle a lot for water and sometimes become violent. You may kindly check. Hope that it is not the fact.
