The poem Yak has got lead during my visit
to Gangtok where for the first time I saw
Yak in life. Till then, I like many only knew
'Y - for Yak,' what a rhythmic childhood learning!
Seeing the simple and benign creature I got
amazed at their painstaking life - a compromise
with life like many of our people strapped in poverty
leading a resigned life.

I liked your poem "Yak". I am very much interested to see a yak. I have seen it's photo and always felt as if it had a lot to say. Thanks that you have composed a nice poem on their pathos and miseries. We are so insensitive o them. Also, you did not forget to indicate the forthcoming change due to passage of time. These Yaks will be removed by us, replaced by vehicles.

The poem yak is conveying a realistic picture of the future of few animal species what may vanish from the world like any other unnoticed lost creatures..... very beautifully narrated sir.

I liked the poem "Yak". That truly reflects the life of the common man who has become the burdensome animal in the society. There is sympathy in the poem for all struggling humanity.
Your kabita really gives us the picture of leh and ladak, hilly mountains life and also I get a correlation with our great and hardwork coolies at railway station, whose imagination also has been captured in the poem. Great one.Please continue writing such great poems.
