This is a very pleasant surprise. I went through this article but didn't expect you had mentioned about our e-magazine at the end. Thanks a lot, by that time our website was not published.
Hope the article will stimulate the sleeping odiya love in few hearts.

Like Sanskrit, Odiya is very much scientific in nature. It is a very well structured language. All its analytical behaviour can be scientifically tested. Odiya people should feel proud of it.
Regarding the status of Odiya language in terms of its use a planning may be made with an objective to support its use as it is done for Tamil. Unless it is imposed upon, the language cannot be saved as it is already being affected due to the heavy use of other languages in our day to day life due to the impact of globalisation.

Let us put our best effort to save it (may be technically or literally)

Mohanty Babu, aapanankar article padhili.I fully agree with your observation about sankat in odiya language. Some odiya people argue that JB Patnaik being a odiya writer has not done anything for Orissa compared to Nabin Patnaik who does not know Oriya. So called middle class odiya people are fully responsible. They think that they are superior Odiya because they can speak English.I congratulate you for taking this issue and also I will be always with you. Regards.Rout
