Sir Aapanankar Piyushee was well eduacted rather than Qualified. Se Qualification neii labha kana jeuta ki anya ku sabala karibaare asharmarth. Politics in Educational Institutions should be removed. The Law and constitution should oppose it. If it breeds unrest, anti nationalism, hatred and fear, why we should adapt this. Mr Nehru who made this was in a world of dreams and made sure that it did not affect him. And present selfish politicians are parasite; enjoying and surviving by creating this sort of unhealthy situations. Pranam Sir. Jai Jagannath. Asha Aapanankar aeii lrkhaati bahutnku sadbudhi deu.

A burning column reflecting the sorry state of affairs of campuses across the country.
My salute to you sir.
Students unions once played an instrumental and positive role during the national movement. At that time they were driven by the patriotism and a desire to mobilise the masses. Caste, creed and religion weren't their major concerns. But at present, the campuses across the country have become battlegrounds for partisan politics.
I was once the presidential candidate of kendrapara college and experienced the utility of student participation in decision making process of the institutions. But now as a college lecturer i see Kanhaiyas lurking their ugly heads keeping us sleepless nights.
Students union and its allied Bodies which once provided ideological spaces for fruitful discussions shrunk to narrow political interest wherein the identity of the students is nothing.
It is AZADI in different form. In fact our students need Azadi from these narrow isms for peaceful campuses.
