30th June '21 : MoKatha Basa-Baiedhar column protagonist Baiedhar gone frozen in
Covid scare and spending months after months at a termite hill seen across the pond
adjoining his house; Basa-nani picks of spinach grown at the bank of pond despairs
at the despondency that has greaped Baiedhar who on return from Bangalore leaving
his petty job in Covid scare now has turned to a mound like rishi Balmiki for the
revealation that oflate has dawn on him understanding the ant-hill that looks frozen
from outside but filled with life inside. Baiedhar has got up and held the spade to
work on the plot that remained barren after his parents left. Basa-nani, the wife of
Baiedhar is seeing Baiedhar transformed and got rooted to the land forgetting run
for money at far lands and understtod the mireage of the run.
