ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝାଇବା ନିରର୍ଥକ ।ଅବିବେକୀ ତଥା ସ୍ୱାର୍ଥାନ୍ଧ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଅନୁସାରେ ନିୟମ କାନୁନ କୋହଳ କଲେ ପରିସ୍ଥିତି ସମ୍ଭାଳିବା ସହଜ ହେବ କି । ବହୁତ ମନକୁ ଛୁଇଁଲା ଲେଖାଟି ।
