MoKatha today (20th Fe. 19) on Nirvay www.nirvaynes.com wonders of we the people of India on the art of receiving; wish the money could have spent in establishing ITIs atleast in each block so instead of unskilled labours there could have been skilled ones to work with honour and enough in earning of livelihood!!!

I have enjoyed each sentence of the write up like I was waiting for such an article from someone. Definitely the govt money can be successfully utilised if an ITI or free skill training center or free medical treatment center could be opened. All should realize and go for permanent sustainable and really beneficial solution.
