||| BIBHUTI |||

9th of December 2020 Nirvay Odia Newspaper in its MoKatha talks of "Bibhuti' sacred ash on forehead people smear as a sysmbol of their adharence to certain ism. Some put sindur vermilion. The way they put also it matters. Vaishnavites and Shaivaites mark it with difference. Bhutnath of the village Banglapur puts Bhagishuni sindur on his forehead as many of the area does it, as a loud reverence to the Goddess Bhagiashuni. Soon Bhutnath reaches Tamilnadu on a job assignment gets himself caught in a quandary over position of his vermilion mark and then he swicthed over to putting Bibhuti sacred ash on his foreahead. The change is marked by Gaura the ever questioning Bangalpuria and the Bhutnath gone smart to quote a sloka from the sacred Gita to convince through Bibhuti the leela, cosmic play of Brahman is symbolically represented. One who puts it and the one who sees on other's foreahead remember the Brahman, the creator of all what seen and unseen.

|||Chudanga Khandaa|||

On Nirvaya 2nd Dec. MoKatha remembers the glory of Chudanga Gada the fort of Kesari dynasty. The fort was destroyed completely by the invaders who brought thousands of dark days to the pages of Bharat Itihas. The hidden history cries a loud in silence to get revealed so the people of the soil get back the pulse of excellence that prevailed in the dibya bhumi Bharat. The column takes up it through a mysterious sword that Khageshwar Khadagpati now worships ritually in every Dussahara !

|||KARONA-CHASHA|||

MoKatha of 23rd Sept. '20 on www.nirvaynews.com Odia paper rediscovering farming in pandemic by two borthers of Bangalpur, Brajabandhu and Chakradhar respectively known as Baraju and Chhakadi by two characters of epic Odia novel "Matira Manisha" by a novelist of good mix of Gandhi and Marx, Kalandi Charan Panigrahi; the novel is picturised by another legendary filma maker Mrinal Sen. Well, the column has taken two broethers of distinct characteristiscs; the elder serious studious and the younger carefree take it ease village boy. Baraju studied and went on serching soils around India as a geologist and on retirement settled at Shailashree Vihar, Bhubaneswar the city of retirees. Chhakadi not getting well in studies and later on inspiration from fellow village boys leaves Bangalpur for Surat for livelihood and finally managed a hut to settle down in Surat. The family relations fortunately are managed by facebook family group- the relations online. Barajy hardly came village on being in job for his kids' exams because to grow up kids needed to fill in the right boxe for a question as fast as possible. Baraju wife found worth in filling up the boxes. But easy boy Chhakadi used to come to village Dola Yatra that since few years had been dominated by DJs and Chinese cheap lights for the village delights. It gets Chhakadi every year for a week. That way Chhakadi is still connected and clamis a matira manisha - the son of the soil. Baraju also tells so , because he had seen all the soils of the Nation as a geologist. It's pandemic. Both the brothers are caught each other online to say, let's go back to village; town is hell with virus. The elder in high risk of Carona accepts the idea and extends to farming and living in green. The youndger reminds the elder when in hey days both though of nuisance of holding cultivable land for the hecklings of farmers taken the land for cultivation on seasonal informal contratcts. These farmers have become demanding and both brothers got annoyed to dispose off the lands the head. The plan for cultivation in Karona time is stuck at the dead end of Karona Chasha ! While the elder wonders what they can eat being back to Bangalpur, the smart younger puts hope on free rations by the government- he tells that because he has not read another epic Odia novel Sasti by Kanhucharan Mohanty in the last part of 20th century. In Sasti the hero hates to go for free food in the midst of the worst Bengal famine; the time has changed so also people of the contemporary Odia society.

||| BankimNeeti |||

MoKatha published on 9th September 2020 Nirvar newspaper www.nirvaynews.com talks of a teacher Sj. Bankim Chandra Maharana who chosed to stay back in his village having M.Sc(Mathematics) degree, some 40+ years back. He set up a school in Bari, Simulia block and took the school fame with his midas touch in bringing out excellence in students; they gather while studying and after passing out at his house for his sweet words and the words of life for which he was awarded by the Hon'blr President of India. He set up an education policy in the area that saw many schools growing with healthy competition. Alas, those neeti were there in many places in Bharat after its independence but no one could write it down and think of following it. Was it home grown neeti, the neeti of Simulia. The column starts with a mystic story linking to the birth of Bankim Sir, it further knits mysticism to say how and why the names of Simulia and Bari came. Interfacing of a myth to a reality and further linking it to education policy is the high point the column makes. Wish I could have written in English - one day I will. Hope I will get an English newspaper to publish MoKatha in English. When will I get time for it. Waiting for it anxiously .... :)

||| PathaDanee |||

MoKatha published on 2nd Sept Nirvaya Odia Newspaper www.nirvaynews.com takes up education issue of the village Bangalpur once connected to the small hamlet Bhagia which got separated by the inflencial with high degree that was and even now is a privillege to few in a rustic village like Bangalpur which got to call to itself for education that the village needs when the separated hamlet Bhagia opted for higher education with heavy degrees but Bangalpur took to ITI and Diploma to make its people skilled to the age so they could make water to climb the sky-scratching buildings in Bombay while the few of Bhagia on having high degree never returned to the village and rest while trying got down like the younger four Pandavas to spend time with growing beards and whitepipes on lips for the deserted Bhagia that is the abode of Maa Bhagiashuni where in the past the school board examinees never could face exams without her blessings but now the new temple facing to Bangalpur showers her blessings for the village boys who with little pathadanee around their necks flock Bombay, Hyderabad and some other cities to make the water there to climb up and so also the village economy goes up while Bhagia gets deserted look in the pursuit of high degree i.e. ucha-sikhya but for country like us with large population the idea of 'little is beautiful' is to shine; so also is for the nation's education policy to remain focus to create the real skilled force instead of high-degree-dharees the column take us the issue with rural set up and unsophisticated language of little people of Bangalpur ! Enjoy and make the Sunday beautiful ! Thanks for reading !

MoKatha published on 19th August 20 on Nirvaya Odia newspaper www.nirvaynews.com brings up a philoshical question in Corona times through a tell tale of Pratap from rustic village Bangalpur who feels the life has cheated him from the beginning when the school class mate Surabhi left him in her pursue of career to find her in quarantine centre as a doctor appearing to treat Pratap while he asks God a pertinet question whether it decides to cheat his creation by pushing it to the brinks by releasing a terror tiny virus Corona. And seeing Surabhi murmur smears on his lips with Akshaya Mohanty's old classic song "Pratarana kie kahaku karichhi pratidhwani kuhe tume .... " (who's cheating whom? Ecoe resounds it's you, you have cheated to self). Mankind is caught with its own doing albeit even if its China's design but Karma will follow it up to its design too. ........ that's prtarana

||| KARONA-BAIRAGYA |||

MoKatha on Nirvay newspaper dates 12th Aug. 20 talks:
the renounce  all around it's myth. Myth all through I was running around. Achievements are evaporating. Progress is evaporating. Human is going digital. Now evening summarises  the day with the number of Covid infections, cures, on ventilators . Share market ups and downs, index and rank nothing seem meaningful. This is Karona Bairagya ! Albeit is this detachment real? The narration starts with Baienshi Mohapatra of my village Banglapur who kept himself to Bhagabat, the Odia epic in evenings and his small green patch all through the day cutting off connections of luxury with his external world to live a life of a minimalist with heavily loaded with bairagya the renunciation of life for loosing his young wife forever. Baienshi Mohapatra of Bangalpur held it to the end. But will Karona Bairagya be alike?

||| RekhaRudha |||

MoKatha on Nirvay newspaper www.nirvaynews.com dated 5th August '20 talks of a new world that albeit Carona has made it faster to appear that is the world-of-online where people found sitting on a line that is  a void line on cyberspace connecting one to another never before people atleast in India found so patient to stand on lines except those two national days celebrations in schools when rural kids were arranged on lines like apples in packing boxes to a great annoyance of rural school teachers who found ever freedom loving kids severely strained for the days with loves of the nation deep in set whereas elders of the days found them as chattering beings being around the village barber Chemini of my village Bangalpur who had additional, infact prime duty at the village goddess Paschima who had and now even has, no love to bricks and mortars rather happy being under the giant banyan tree to listen to the prayers of villagers that Chemini conveys being a mediator with earnestness but nobody really was curious to know whether Chemini barber was following line for delivering his service at the Goddess or cutting hairs but all were happy even not being rekharudha online.

But now digital society added by the fear Carona has made a person in and out all online, a virtual life that exists for unseen by an unseen. World moves now online; no more yantrarudha because shutdowns have put the vehicles guarded in garages now you can sit and on pressing the buttons you desires moves, moves to clouds and grids from where messiahs, the bots and chats  appear as 'akka hukum karo' to pluck the moon from sky from you provided you have enough of bytes and bits to pluck and pay.

The column in Odia goes with typical village pics of pasts we have left behind and put self in while loop with undefined termination condition thinking we may last infinite hopping no debugger  is that efficient to find out because you know you have raised the debugger but alas you forgot your creations would once deviate as that was the rule of the game in past, as it's now and will remain so for the future. Debugger will dig once to find all the same; it's indeed

||| SunyaRekha |||

MoKatha on 29th July on Odia Newspaper Nirvay www.nirvaynews.com tells the story of online i.e. SunyaRekha. The line that was power packed to protect from notorious as long as one does not cross the line drawn; but in Ramaya Ma Sita was tricked to cross , so the Ramayana epic came. Social rituals i.e.  crossing lines by just taken to order a Brahmin boy if crosses the line the boy has to take asceticism on renouncing family life, but nobody crosses the line at the end of all hula-gull because that was the line of namesake. The recent times of maida-made  hanging  lines of China-curve has raised a myth that the z-gen Indians are out to catch the  call of atmanirbhar-Bharat for the good of future. The story of SunyaRekha in the column brings a positive breathe telling there can be no reason to disbelieve new emerging world on SunyaRekha on which money to honey all flow being invisible at times for the best of the eyes ever to come with future golabi ... frineds enjoy and comment.

||| Kamandalu |||

MoKatha column on 22nd July '20 at Odia Newspaper www.nirvaynews.com
Kamandalu is there with rishis of Vaidic times. Saffron clad clothes, matted hairs, rudrakhya beads on neck give a spiritual look in piercing eyes a saint of past is pictured with a kamandalu in hand. A little jug in lead with a ladle and a protruding mouth pipe for exit of water from it is a belonging of a saint with divinity on its forehead to brighten the humankind with truth that's eternal plucked from the garden of divinity where there whites and whites only to prevail from the top of Mansarovar lake to the tips of Kumarika that's jambudweepa the land Bharat barsha before for the saints whose words used to succeed when they utter with closed eyes and water in hand-cup from the Kamandalu having water due to the success of the saint's divine journey.
The iconic Kamandalu has taken to picture of decadence as  a major contribution of typical Bollywood movies at times with ultimate goal to mock at the past of Bharat Varsha. The changing lifestyle when made open the doors by WTO, then noodles and coronas both made entry to our land so the curse is befallen on us. Sanitiser bottle is the new Kamandalu of shrunken life that hides now behind the walls of fears with folded hands of fate that seems is willfully taking a test on the humankind hoping it will learn a lesson for future realizing it's time to make a gain of inheritance not a decadence !
The column in Odia takes to the past to leave the reader at the stark the present that stares at humankind with horrors and hopes ...

||| AtmeNirbhar |||

15th July '20 MoKatha on Nirvay Newspaper www.nirvaynews.com
Self dependent is a Godly factor. It's believed God has put all the required on earth before it sends a life on to the earth. But, we take control of sources and put rules to control over it. Our world stands on the premise that being is a selfish and running the world is an optimisation problem. The governance of a country and our home turn to optimise things. In this, a being instead of self dependent turns to self acquiring making a consumers' society. Government doles out, banks give loans to buy more, consume more, produce more and in this chain all are to compete for the profit. In this run, China has gone ahead to dump all its stuff that you need or may need. The stuff may not be of quality but cheap enough to attract consumers. This has turned Indians to a buying community resulting to a huge trade imbalance with India. China may thank WTO for giving it an opportunity for boosting its trade. That's different issue to talk of. But, in the context of 'AtmaNirbhar' call of the Hon'ble Prime Minister what we require is to be 'AtmaNishta' - a citizen has to be conscious enough not to give up self to this consumerism. Understand your Home Economics and be with your capacity - that will add to  'AtmaNirbhar' effort of our country ! This column takes up the issue ...

||| ByarthaNeeTi |||

MoKatha on 8th June '20 on www.nirvaynews.com Nirvay Odia newspaper talks of how ArthaNeeti i.e. the financial policy of a nation goes irrelevant for a very large part of the population when they remain and at time some even tend to remain there where are they going gradually weak and helpless in upheavals of global economy to which we have inked to commit not being realistic to the need as well as vulnerability of population who remain low in the sense capabilities to cope with the dances of indices that still ill-understood or not-understood to many many Indians because by inheritance we love live inside our circle drawn around a self , so making it AtmaNirbhar or philosophically satisfied with what it has , but there is loss of inheritance due to magi noodle advertisements to innocents who still have enough love to chhota-Hanuman while elders push them to the realm of their uncharted hopes often making them to think the world has noNeeti or ByarthaNeeti ! The column desires a large chunk pf population should be left to be happy in their own territory by their self isolation to global arthaNeeti which ByarhaNeeti to many many Indians, more while a large number of population is still for free food-tickets!

||| MoKatha : Gana Carona ||

Today MoKatha column on 1st July www.nirvaynews.com talks of community spread of Corona now we are in India as well as around the Globe. Counting has been there since long and we like the big number printed on pay slip. Samant Chandrasekhar the erudite astronomer from interior Khandapada was fond of counting so he took his tool made in bamboo stems to observe the distant sky where the moons and suns keep dancing and twinkling to each other for tomorrow to come with handful of jasmine flowers. The mathematician Ramanujam went on counting on divine call that he himself understood leave aside what Hardy could understand how a village Goddess blesses, that is unexplained for years to come.  Now counting is of Carona patients, the spread is so bad that nobody wants  to hear the number what the TV channels flash every evening to show that they are true to the number , they flash it, tell it and scroll it until they themselves get fade up on themselves.
But today on auspicious Bahuda Yatra, the prayer is there be no Gaana Carona

MoKatha 24th June '20 on Nirvay newspaper @ nirvaynews.com

Bana Mati is a soil variety used to put a coat on mud walls for protection
as well as decoration. Cool mud houses once a comfort with pride are
fast vanishing as cement houses emerge around with a myth of eternity
that gets a beating with substandard Indira Abasha Yojana cement huts
to the bewilderment of Bana , the expert in experimenting with soils for
mud walls to the surprise of modern geologists those find unncessary to
ponder over but that was not so for Baidyanath babu, a Bhubaneshwar
urbanite who uses to visit his village Bangalpur for three days for Raja
festival that needs Baidyanath babu's ancestral mud house in good shape
for the extra ordinary service that Bana can provide now with is laments
of erosion of soil values for excessive use of fertile and pesticide !
The column ends with a optimism of 'look back' as Baidyanath babu's
son and daughter-in-law wish to spend three days in his ancestral mudhouse
summer palace !

Today 17th June '20 MoKatha on Nirvay www.nirvaynews.com talks on:
Workers returned home in large numbers for unprecedented situation the
Corona virus has made in India and all over the world. Through a story
it talks of Bangalpur village milieu, the perceptions rural folks have in
earning livelihood and its simplicity that has become complicated with
migration for better livelihood which is now crippled seriously to ground
zero level for life threatening situation Corona has made.
What the large mass will do ? Through the story the column proposes the
industries instead of clustering in Surat, Ahmedabad, Bombay etc should
come to the places where workers are there, wherever possible. Let even
there be less wage but workplace near home is a better option. The boy
Suneli has somehow convinced the factory owner zipwala to set up a
zip factory in Bangalpur.
Let a rupee be 16 annas but good that  the child gains wisdom !

MoKatha on 2nd June 2020 on www.nirvaynews.com

What can India to do for its burgeoning upward looking population ?
Particularly when pandemic COVID-19 has made people to return to
the roots what can large unskilled labour do other than farming? But
where is farming now ? All is lost in free rations and  globalisations.
The column takes up the scene through the my village characters to tell
how wise the village folk Chabisha is to go farming and enterprising but
consciously kept the factory small so there can be thousands of small
agro entrepreneurs around to address the poverty in a way keeping
village folks rooted to soil and keeping them aloof from upheavals in
drudgery of globalisation  that's a curse to India for myths around. True,
Indians must go for deshi chhatua (grain powders) in their breakfast instead
of cornflakes etc etc imported from abroad
Let Pashimaa-Chhatuaa brand triumph !

Weekly Column MoKatha : 27th May 2020 on Nirvay Odia daily talks:
Enumerable states gives rise to a defined system. State of a safe system must be countable. But interestingly, Indians tend to innumerable. The dichotomy is being seen there while taking government gifts but not to be counted  on the population registry. In past villagers even kept count of ghosts living in its banyan tress, but now we can't say how many people live in the village and among those how many have gone prabasha. Count the heads to get how many hands are there to work !

||| MoKatha: Ekanta Basa |||

Nirvay Odia Newspaper www,nirvaynews.com published on 20th May 2020 MoKatha column talks of COVID-19 solitude!

Solitary reaper a poetics of solitude for long gone classic of love in longings like lover in Meghaduta of Kalidasa. Ascetics look for solitude the deafening silence for the quest of Supreme. Rich take annual sojourn away of maddening crowd for solitude in hills and sea shores that levels  uneven minds for a while so that next they can jump into the same with virulence and vigour. But COVID-19 is differently illusive one; it's neither a silent nor a jazz one, but an undefined thing that nobody knew before. How to handle the asymptotic evil is the headache and debashbha (the court of Gods) is buzzed with unspoken words asking each distancing from other to remain in solitude, away of known  while living with unknown- the virus that forces each to retreat to quarantine ... the ekanta basha . The column takes on the issue with references drawn from Mahabharata to the present days !

13th May '20 on Nirvay Odia news paper MoKatha column on Udana, "Flight" talks of flying high for fame and fund, is natural for one as a human by nature finds life much fulfilling when these are available by shortcuts for now being the age of instant happenings so, it expects excellence in life could be any means when today a restless being wants to be flying Jonathan at the first flight itself; Richard Bach may find it baffling seeing what exactly excellence in life today means for..........
You may find the column amusing as well as puzzling on basic question of excellence in life ! Your comments are highly solicited. Sorry, I couldn't translate the same in English for lack of time.

Computing Workspot Infection Vulnerability for Sandboxing a Business Process

Abstract. While business continuity plan is for strategic handling of adverse business situations, sandboxing is a proactive strategy to avoid such situations to happen. Particularly, to safeguard a business from pandemic spread due to social contacts, this paper computes the possibility of an infection of a workspot that uses one of the five basic workflow patterns viz. sequential, concurrent, n-split, n-merge and on-spot-n. A workspot with a high vulnerability of an infection can be put under sandboxing for making a business process resilient.

Incase of human life the Death is the "Great Return" i.e. Mahaprasthan of which there is indeed no return . In the time of pandemic, the return is seen with turbulence. Sri Krishna didn't return to Gopa but we the non-residents one day or other return to the native doesn't matter how unwelcoming it's.

||| SOLITUDE |||

Among the rocks silence sleeps
Sleeps for years and years;
Solitude only speaks to ether
The sky stares at far forever.

Seen and seeing, then and now
It speaks to none and none;
Neither the past nor today
Solitude yearns with no dismay.

Neither a girl nor a boy
Not a machine not a toy
Neither welcome not a ploy
Solitude pure, but not a decoy.

Flapping wings solitude flies
Pages turned but nothing read
Head is not, not also tail
But it’s known, it’s a gel.

Sitting with solitude at blue bay
With red Sun, grey painted sky
Time flaps wings for years to fly
With full of joy and bag full cry.

Years in hundreds walk and walk
Solitude follows with heavy neck;
Among the rocks silence sleeps
Years groom and solitude grips.

is a system security technique that isolates a part of system from untoward interference. This is an established well researched technique. We have a paper(link given).
Btw, the idea, I think is also applicable in the present Corona context. Can there be a model for early identification of virus spread? So, the localities can be sandboxed before for not allowing the virus to reach the locality.
A pro-active approach we need to prevent entry of the virus to a locality that model predicts....https://dl.acm.org/doi/abs/10.1109/EMS.2009.42

||| SHADOW |||

Now my shadow lives with me
Never before that I could see,
The shadow whispers it’s mine
Never before close I have seen.

My shadow walks ahead of me
Tells to follow calm as could be.
I look ahead to see my shadow
It shrinks around my feet below.

Shadow breathes slow as I do
I can feel  its breathing flow.
When I smell these are all mine
Shadow tells no king-&-queen.

When my shadow opens its eyes
I could see there nothing else lies
When my shadow opens its eyes
I could see time stands in gallis.

My shadow and my time on lane
In synchrony they dance so insane
Solitude grips my shadow to bleed
I say- my shadow, now you the need.

||| POST CORONA WORLD |||

Invitation for your regular visit to this post. Please put what you say about.....

POST CORONA WORLD

Our world is beautiful, that we keep telling now and then as a rhetoric to impress the listeners but many times it doesn't happen so for listeners being overfed with this phrase from immemorial days though it can't be told of those people of past how much did they mean it, but sure, in current times we don't as our life style, deeds and thoughts are not really in sync with the phrase though we claim to be accepted so by others, but in reality we don't mean it as our doing really doesn't beautify it, rather we every day dump tonnes of dirt on our loving beautiful world even without an iota of remorse, rather some take it as a right being an overenthusiastic citizen of our great democracy that is claimed as successful by the winning political party whereas the main opposition meekly adheres to it with a hope for the next; as the politicians are used to live with qantised hope of five-year term.
The storm of Corona will eventually pass over the globe but will leave indelible marks on the history of mankind for future. What will be future like after a month or two world goes for grinding halt. Never ever this solitude humankind has seen in last few hundred years I guess, nobody can tell really there was something like world went stand still. In modern times, discontinuity means distrust. There is distrust now for this unprecedented discontinuity. A storm or flood or drought hits locally and in a season or two people recoup to the loss. Government comes to the help and so on. But, this carona storm is different as it has hit the globe with the same rage with no bias. The commerce has come to halt, so also industry , agriculture and service sector. Tiny virus has put the mighty down on the floor. But, still there will be tomorrow and we ponder what kind of tomorrow it will be. Let's have some extrapolation while exploring the possible changes and challenges the future store for us.

1. Education: Will now parents feel safe their kids to schools ? So also colleges ? Particularly, with planned families, parents as such are extra careful. Will these institutions be of buildings for hundred years of  solitude? Home schooling or online schooling could be options open. Or it could be old traditional gurukul , teacher(s) with five to ten students.
What about higher learning? Higher learning  is to be redefined. It's no more business of our current colleges , institutes and universities. When higher learning is chasing of new knowledge, the institutes of higher learning will be very few and very few go such institutes. In such case, naturally the number of students for real higher learning is downsized. What we have now,  all most all are for run of the mill kind, and those handle huge mass of young workforce. But again large number assembly brings massive anxiety for all the stakeholders , more to parents. This will lead to online education including teaching and grading. What before typical educationists despise but they have to accept with Corona-shock.  More interesting is the automatic downsize of Indian students going abroad for education. Never before foreign returnees are so badly despised with. As before, the students interested in higher learning will only go abroad to reputed universities with high research agenda not for the sake of going abroad for neighbors to envy. Education as such is going through upheavals but will go further in a big way.
However, for us in India the rural education is in fragile state. Private players slowly but steadily making in roads into primary and secondary education market. They hold the string in control of change in Indian rural education.
With online culture, the ethics of teachers, students, exams, evaluations, grading and certificate awarding- all these are to be redefined. Finally, what one reads now market decides and institute provides. But post corona day education though still is market centric, but will not institute/university  centric. It will be guru centric. A guru teaches on-line and degree awarding authority evaluates on line and awards certificates on particular papers one has learnt from different gurus. Degrees in a particular program like B.Tech / M.Tech / MA will not be there. These programs will have no more recognition rather what papers one learnt do matter. Employer no more will look for degrees but for papers studied. Gurus will be back to centre stages in changing scenario.
Small and beautiful institutes will catch the imaginations of cautious Indian parents. Something like IIIT Hyderabad, small but rigorous in pursuit of knowledge.  Such institutes could emerge as destinations for the avid academic students whose parents may not prefer abroad studies. One way it's good to stop brain drain. But, learning in these institutes could be costly for this being exclusive institutes. Let's some hope some philanthropist corporate houses enter into such ventures.
Foreign Universities  will not find India their destination. They are on wings to fly in waiting for our parliament nod to a reform in education sector allowing foreign direct investments. But, as post carona time look for small size institutes, then these foreign universities will not find coming India a financially better proposition. But, as I propose guru centric study, we will be lucky if some reputed professors working in USA come back India and invest their money and mind for cottage-institutes. It will be a fantastic qualitative change for under the stewardship of an accomplished professor, world standard sishyas will come out to push the frontiers of knowledge.
Computer Science for easy job seekers studying Computer Science and Engineering will remain a favourable discipline.
Core Engineering subjects will pick up for demand at home, when post-corona time takes up anti globalisation stand. Nations, particularly our nation should take this opportunity to develop our own industries so core engineering subjects will be of demand.
Medical Science : will be on favourite card to put on choice table, for increasing government employment opportunities.
US and other countries:  Indian students will not flock mad any more to foreign universities for simple reason of drastic reduction in employment opportunities in European countries. USA will go for more close options to foreigners maybe excluding researchers. But, still elites may go abroad as before on their own money. Canada may turn to a future destination but it will not be as such preferable for Indian students for its drastic weather conditions and not much employment opportunities.
Ameerpet finishing industry will face measure slump for dip in IT industry, lessening choice in reading  engineering and its squeezing class rooms. However, online finishing courses  and even regular engineering courses will be available.
Social Science has been on renaissance as far as readers' interest concerned. More social upheaval attracts more study on people. In that sense, COVID-19 has added new dimension to social problems. New seekers can make a brave and smart choice of Social Science for a career ahead. Law, Management, Political Science and ofcourse Economics all the disciplines will find a new vista to explore. Academicians and thinkers, hopefully, will plunge into research in this field.
Natural Science has been struggling for research funding excluding Life Science. It has been getting generous funding considering its importance in current world. Agriculture science has done immense service to India in terms of offering high yielding rice varieties to hungry India of '70s. It has also done immense damage to many species pushing to extinguish and for lack of soil management fertility is coming down.
Coronoa virus spread time, I'm talking of India, there has not been any candid statement of a bio-scientists showing resolve to untangle the nation from tangle of Carona. This brings them to sharp criticisms. Indian funding to bio-science research will be monitored and accountability will be fixed in terms of novel research not just paper publishing. It's praise worthy Indian bio-engineering industry has come up with the first indigenous Cororna testing devise. This will enhance trust to industry, so state funding can be extended  to such exclusive research oriented industry.
World front, Carona shifts attention to virology from Cancer and Alzheimer. Funding will be biased to virology henceforth.
Humanities studies will have tinge of human grief and nervous of life threatening viruses. There is a proverb in Odia is 'Apana Hata Jagannatha'. That essentially a lot of courage on one's ability of doing things by one's own hand. Covid-19 has put distrust on one's own hand, leave aside others' hands. Novels, poems will be there in plenty on this aspect of life. Humanity study while revolving around digital humanity will add characteristics of online human relations particularly depicting human emotions while in isolation. 'The Cries in Isolation' could be a next novel and an anthology of poems. Will it be for the next Nobel in Literature ?
Fine Arts
Soft skill

By and large such changes are offing but COVID-19 will accelerate the change for good or bad, time will tell. But sure, we all eager to look at the post COVID-19  evolving changes in education sector.

2. Industry

What's the new paradigm, industry looking for ?

World wars have pushed us to the world of industry , mostly propelled by west and now rest of the world has caught up to it. Post Corona world is projecting probable supremacy of China in production of industrial goods and thus graduating itself to super power with its upsurge in economy. World worries of leadership of a country that's almost opaque to the outer world and the country will ill reputation of plowing tanks over its own young mass at Tinneman square. Chinese are silent but world has not forgotten it.
So, west even ready to risk of lifting lockdown to catch up to the competition China has thrown to them. It's all global game. Globalisation the mantra west fed to the world once to gain its supremacy is gradually getting ineffective for their good. Is globalisation theory hitting its dead end? Probably yes, probably not. Industry, trade and politics: three either make a good world or bad world. Let's explore the good in shape of industry  in post corona  world.
Till now, our run for industrial growth has been exploiting, ruthless exploitation of Nature including  human values. China has led in two fronts running sweat shops. Its huge population is mercilessly marshaled to overwork and produce cheap goods to capture world market capturing super market shelves and footpaths with pick-anything for ten rupees or a dollar. People around the world have succumbed to this tact giving an indirect thumbs up.
Post corona world:
1. If literate west wakes up, then innovations will be towards  towards new green technology.
2. sustainable technology
3. less consumerism
4. Developing countries will find it difficult to cope with changing world.
5. Underdeveloped countries may not catch up to the change.

If west ego can get together particularly NATO countries with Israel, Australia and Japan may build up very very conservative captive market for their goods. They are capable of going for green technologies provided their people shun consumerism (particularly at low cost not getting caught in Chinese low cost products). Their military industries will go for high order productions.

Indian industry will have really a peculiar as well as differently difficult situations. India can do well going with bandwagon of west without any past romance of non-aligned, India must shun the past and come out actively to join with west to be a partner in development of new genre industries. It must waste time in taking decision. Post corona time it must catch up with west in providing its youth educated manpower for development and setting up green industries for mass production. India must not give its market without technology. That's India in global run of  industry.

Will there be any change in Indian Industry ?

India's own industry base is important. It has to redefine its industry priority in post-coronal world. The lesson of this pandemic is sustainable solitude. Let's ask some questions to catch our wishes.

1. Can we not make our  kitchen-grinder, washing machine, airconditioners, automobile and small toys , chocolates and all FMGs ?
2. Do we really need to go for variety of cars ?
3. Importantly, do we want to be an assembler and engineer of screw-driver technology excellence?
4. Will India take its manufacturing industry serious?
5. What the change offing in heavy industries like iron, electrical, fertiliser, power generation,cement etc.
6. Does India take its strategic industries at different level of priority?
7. What's about its healthcare industries ?
For the first question, the answer is 'yes', in order to give employment to its large number of unemployed youths, the engineering industry for daily usages, will be looked at very seriously with gradual scaling down of import to appreciably at zero level. If Indian political system as well as people's unselfishness  and nationalism give a hand, post-corona world of India could turn gold. Automobile industry must go for severe downsizing only allowing Tata, Mahendra like few established players. Public transport can be in abundance, so private cars are made irrelevant as well as expensive. India will climb up from  its assembly-servicing industry to manufacturing. Manufacturing. Mostly, it depends how Indian goods can compete with foreign goods. Reduction of Indian middle class purchase power may dissuade foreign companies to dump their goods here. But this vacuum in domestic market is a golden opportunity that Indian companies must encash and the Government policy may be redrawn to give a boost to Indian manufacturing company.  This Corona-positive market space is to be created for home manufacturing companies.

Independent India wen for giant public sector industries mostly for creating infrastructure as well as strong industrial base with auxiliary  industries mostly run by private entrepreneurs. This paradigm has already over-lived and India has gone mostly towards private entrepreneurship with rejuvenated emphasis on innovation powered startups. But, the post-corona era needs a pragmatic approach calling for a overhauling approach in Indian Industry policy aiming not really to be global players but to safeguard goalpost so balls from opposites don't pass through bringing us on our knees both in peace and war times.

what's that pragmatic approach?

The key to stand strong in our industry is to have rugged network of region based small industries across the nation mostly to manufacture on what the region has and what other regions need and achieve a status I need - I make . In other words, I don't if it's not.

Most importantly, the bunch of tongue-twisters must be made insignificant by people only. If you allow them to talk then you do nothing hearing them and it's doomed fate.

2.1 A Framework for Indian Industry

British India industry  to today India Industry is a route traveled fairly  in short span of time; even after missing many surges of industrialisation , India could ride on the crest of IT-surge for a period a good push to national economy and at the same time abandoning the puffed  and parched rices for noodles and cornflakes. Now many workers are returning to their home states leaving their workspots as these are turning to hotspots. Will they return to work ? Will Indian industry get back to its pre-COVID-19 state ? These as now looks unsolvable questions. Never the less, time flows as the earth keeps rotating, that bringing new mornings but how admiring these morning will be? Everybody has a suspicious look in their eyes. Why is it so? Why are the people so apprehensive? Is't not true the size of our country is big enough to stand up? There were many such upheavals in future;and India had stood up. This time, ofcourse, India will stand up. But how good and how fast these will be a question? But, experts are apprehensive because others have also very badly affected. They are not in a mood to import goods because they also need to provide supports to their farmers and unemployed youth. So called globalisation has vanished and so also global market smacked by suspicion and distrust. Evils run across the Globe!
Well, then for India what's the way out ? So many stomachs are wailing for food. And all dream chasers have squirmed back to their villages. Before, the alarmists used to tell agriculture were ruined with empty villages. But, now villages are full albeit by some deadly infected COVID-19. Nevertheless, the days of infection will go or the nation will live with it for some time. But, the mass has to get food. Will these village returned neo-turning-urbanites take up agriculture? Will the changing prospect of agriculture attract the youth creating a neo-class of farmers? That's what the thinkers and policy makers are to look for and administrators are to implement and politicians are to vet. What do these neo-farmers look for? Easy farming with the help of technology, good harvesting and captive markets. Vast Indian consumers are to be rational to the surroundings around them and must support Indian farm products. An unwritten rule needs to followed that disregards foreign goods. Let the neo-farmers grow foods, carry to local markets and park the materials in local cold stores . This requires at least a small scale a  road network connecting  farmers' residence, cold stores and local markets. This leads to life style game changer. The lifestyle needs to be "eat deshi and live deshi." Internationalist may see too much nationalism in it. They may even extrapolate it to Nazism but that's a misrepresentation of pathogenic arguers. To stand firm on the  ground you need to hold the ground strong !And that's the need of the hour to provide employment and food to a large population of India.

3. Agriculture

4. Trade

5. Geo Politics
Politics is interesting as long as there are humans around and it's important at difficult times. Corona virus has put the humanity certainly at difficult times that it never has seen before. Unprecedented situation indeed. Will there be unprecedented politics out of it? That's the question all ask and theories run high claiming to be true corroborating themselves with the information that flying  high in uncharted sky either west or east. The  emerging world view is essentially west view vented on leading newspapers of the countries who are badly bitten by Corona. The huge egos have bitten dust while the source is believed to have a dice in folds of its shirt to play the trick on world economy when all others are rolling on ground on whimpers of angers for not only loss of huge precious lives but also with a bizarre feelings  of  being tricked off. What are the questions flying around ? How far is each potent to make global impact ?:

1. Is China the centre of this global Corona agony?

The conspiracy theory is going around  and that is added doubtful sequence of events China is involved with and WHO's complicity or negligence in it. Whatever it may be there is clear cut anti Chinese hysteric built up around the globe. Now, the question is of continuity of such rage and translation of that to revenge actions by the countries hit badly by Corona. Will it be ?

2. Will world eventually forget it?
The first possibility is forgetfulness, people have short memory. They may pick up and carry forward with with corona-after-world.

3. Go slow with China
The second possibility is go slow with China though not very open way. Some may prefer that way but unknowingly gradually come to terms with China for its money; for poor and developing matters money matters. But for country like Pakistan not only money but also score (on India) is the factor to its choice of China.

4. Get it to pay:
The third possibility is hawkish action against China. Trade war and market denial are two weapons developed western world may choose to deal. Itlay's hug-a-Chinese theory has now turned to a curse. Spain has its own spare. How does European Union respond to the one-road-one-belt grand vision of the world's neo  rich country?

5. Will China get a image of a rich spoilt brat ?
The recent image of China going around with bag full of money to buy shares of technology
companies around the world is seen as its nefarious game plan.

As Corona recedes or even before, world geo-politics could be found on oil wells  and trade limitations. Let's hope it does not flare up in  a big way. Well it's good to explore where does we in  India stand in post-corona geo politics.

6. Environment

7. Innovation & Research

Inspiring to hear the prudent call of Mr. Prime Minister  India to young scientists and engineers to take up Corona challenge in all aspects to contain the fall outs of Corona spread. This indeed a call of a leader on rising to the grave situation not only the nation but also the whole world facing.
Well spelt research and engineering problems are to be taken up for developing early solution at most in an year so the nation can reap the fruits of the research. Research a nation like ours has to be result oriented though critics may shout, research is not a business. But, true the research often has yielded when the world is in stress. There is less effort without stress, that is natural to human. Whatever, it could be as the scheme has allocated funding and situational priority there will be enthusiasm among researchers and engineers to take up the Covid-19 challenge. Mr. Prime Minister hopes for few good innovations by startups that can take up the world in waves.
Lets hope for the best !

8. Rural & Urban

9. Culture
No adda and ne dera - less of
10. Defence

How safe defence services are there in such lockdown? How about their preparedness ? Will warfare be nasty with biological warfare ?

11. Health services

Will health service workers feel exhausted thinking all the loads on their heads?

12. Other Services

Will other service providers feel low of them? (while comparing to amenities and social prominence the medical service providers get.)
13. Disaster Management

14. Socio-Political  Quakes and Slides

15. Virology

Will there be an 'International Authority on Virology Study' ?
Will there be National Regulatory Board on Virology ?

16. Rural Economy

27th March 2020.

May be I will restrict  to Indian after Corona rural scenario. Eastern India states Odisha, Bihar, Bengal, will get their workforce back home. Good number may not like to go back to their workplaces in metros in post-carona time. This will be an emerging scenario to which each state governments plan to make it a positive development. That needs government priority to agriculture, its supply chain and associated technology management. Our hon'ble ex-president Dr. Kalam's vision on clustered village should be at national centre stage.

No food products be imported to provide exclusive market access to rural agriculture products. Dominating packaged food products by multi-nationals and big national companies are to be stopped. Instead local small food processing units to make packaged products for local markets. In order to avoid monopoly more than one such companies can be encouraged. The home returned migrant workers can be workforce for these companies.

The taste of nation should return to local deshi delicacies! Individuals can help their own way to turn post-carona world to a national golden opportunity.

30th March 20 ( exodus of migrant workers)

Now, migrant workers mostly from Bihar and UP working in Delhi have started walking in thousands from Delhi to their homelands. Odisha says its 100,000 natives are stranded elsewhere and 15,000 migrant workers are locked in the state. So could be from West Bengal and Assam too. Let's not talk about politics in this too. True, the lockdown has created an unprecedented situation that nobody could ever thought of. It's not here but elsewhere in the world is so too. Well leaving aside the present we have started looking ahead as the post talks of. What will be to these migrant workers? Will they return to their workplaces? Can they work as before? There could be possibly many scenarios like,

1. Some may be afraid to return.
2. Some employers may just vanish.
3. Some may go for cut in employment.
Sceptics, alarmists and more habitual critics see a disaster in it. But, a positive strategist can turn it to an opportunity charting new path in rural agro-economy that is self-reliant and isolated to global upheavals like this.
Lets hope MBA(rural-management) gets into hot basket of degrees. Will India wake up in post-corona era to the inner call of a resurgent India?  The states and centre together can make it a golden opportunity. Home coming could be home making !

17.  Religion, Ethics & Spirituality
Will organised religion take to back seat ? (all these religious places are under locked down.)
Or will it be there as before through online?
How much safe these online religious activities?
Many may prefer to be with their beliefs at home.
Will online darshan dent importance of holy dhams?
